Comments on: Suing Personal Defendants in Wrongful Dismissal Cases? Might Not Be A Good Idea. https://joblaw.ca/?p=1396 Mon, 14 Jan 2013 04:13:05 +0000 hourly 1 https://wordpress.org/?v=7.1.3 By: joni https://joblaw.ca/?p=1396#comment-1049 Mon, 14 Jan 2013 04:13:05 +0000 http://gator4180.temp.domains/~leafcom1/joblaw/?p=560#comment-1049 I have been terminated and dismissed from my recent probation period. My performance at the job has been deteriorated because of the manager misconduct and lack of good relationship with the other staff. And finally,i was told I am not a good fit for the position because of my skills and experience. The worst thing is I could not upgrade or take training funded by the government such as second career because in the employment record say “dismissed.” I am new to Canada and with limited information about these cases. Can you offer any one help? Thanks

Thanks for writing about this case. It is interesting how often and in how many contexts the effort to make directors personally liable comes up.

See for example from my web site:

Yours truly,
